Seats ARE still available for the SEPTEMBER 11th dinner of Paella (Spanish Rice with Seafood, Chicken and House Made Chorizo Sausage. We’re cooking this over an open fire with a very large, awesome pan from Spain!)

Guest Farmer: Sweetwater Farm – Creswell, OR
Menu: Paella (Spanish Rice with Seafood, House Made Chorizo, Chicken and Saffron)
Cooked over an open fire in a very large, awesome pan from Spain!
Time: 6pm – Appetizers, Mingling and Live Music – 6:30pm – Dinner Begins
OCTOBER 1, 2010:
Guest Brewers: Oakshire Brewing Company – Wine: Mitchell Wines – Amy Paul
Guest Farmer: TBA
Menu: Whole Roasted Goat AND Whole Roasted Pig
Time: 6pm – Appetizers, Mingling and Live Music – 6:30pm – Dinner Begins
We’ve never done a beer paired dinner before. This time, included in the price of your dinner you will receive tickets once you arrive to use either for beer or wine. Join us also for a “Beer vs. Wine Throwdown” we’ll see what pairs best with our menu!
